Everything we make is designed, cut, stitched, and shipped from our factory studio and retail storefront in Portland, Maine.

Note:  Dory Waxman is the founder of Casco Bay Woolworks, which she sold in 2003.  When the buyer decided to close the business in 2011, Waxman decided to create Old Port Wool and Textile, providing a new home for her very popular wool capes.  This Bangor Daily News article and Old Port’s Our Story will fill you in.
